Advice and consultation for starting a company in Germany

Frage

I am exploring possibilities and what would be required to be self employed and do business in Germany, as well as what assistance might be available, such as in advice, consultation and getting started. I am looking to move here for personal reasons, but also truly believe there is great potential in my services, both to grow the business itself, but also to assist German based enterprises to further expand to non German-speaking markets and internationally. I am an EU citizen, thus I expect to not have any issues with residency and the like.

Essentially, providing bespoke website development and digital communication services, including custom build CMS software (the backend that runs a part of the website) and full assistance with content writing and marketing, thereby true optimization of websites in search engines. At the moment I am self employed, working in a small team as freelancers. But we have grown organically with each new project, both with referrals and new business based on our increasing exposure.

Thus far we have projects in 8 countries, and looking promising to continue. In our team, we bring forth a great deal of professional experience in each respective field. I have already conducted a lot of research on the German market, and truly believe we could be of great value to many enterprises here, particularly in that we build the site following latest online trends and focusing on English-related content (but also translatable). However, I expect to continue getting business from outside Germany also.

So I guess, as a start, the ideal scenario would be to be in a position where I can target and do business with German companies whilst semi-based in Germany, but also not neglect the other market. I see this as a more feasible interim solution, in the hope that all goes well and continue to grow and expand.
