I am from Bangladesh. I have done my post graduation here in Germany. Now I am in job searching visa. Currently I have already established a limited liability company (Unternehmergesellschaft) to export textile machineries and chemicals to Bangladesh. Where do I have to apply for my export licence or is this done by my tax consultant?
The admissibility of exporting textile machineries or chemicals from Germany to Bangladesh is based on various laws and regulations, namely national and European ones. In many cases, it needs a licence of the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle).
