Citizen of Pakistan: moving his lithuanian company to Germany?

I am citizen of Pakistan, but I have residence permission of Lithuania. I am going to buy a restaurant on my name so I need to know proccess. How I will get german residence or I can work with my lithuanian TRP-Card? Or can I move my lithuanian company here? I just heard it needs to put 25.000 Euro in an account. I do not have this amount because I bought already restaurants. I also heard, as I already have restaurants, I will not have to show such amount.
