I am in Portugal and want to move to Germany during next month. I will make a partnership with a German company, buying 80 percent of a small company, an "Eiscafe". At this moment I am unemployed here in Portugal and will create my own job and another two, a portuguese and a german. Could you please be so kind and inform me about support programs for investments such this one?

With regard to the formation procedure of new businesses, the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in the city of your choice is the first point of contact when intending to start your business in Germany. In an individual meeting, the IHK will be able to advise you on the required licenses, visa regulations, and so-called welcome packages that are available in the area.
