I'm from Syria and I'm Engineer in ship building. I just came to Germany to continue my studies for PhD. I would like in the same time to open my private work here in Germany in the maritime business. I have worked in Belgium and Netherlands and I want to start as freelancer here or even opening a company - if this doesn't cost much. I would like to know about the two possibilities and the documents I need, to work as a freelancer in addition study and to open a company as "Design Office" specialist in structure analysis and stability calculations for ships.
